About Us Affinity: Achieve More

Affinity, a Vantem Company, was founded in 2009 in Lakeland, Georgia and provides single-family, multi-family, and commercial buildings to a network of 75+ independent, authorized builders and developers throughout the Southeast, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We have installed over 2.2 million sq. ft. for more than 1,000 happy customers, and with the progress and improvements made with the help of our parent company, Vantem, we now have the capacity to produce over 3 million sq. ft. per year.

Factory-built modular homes offer many advantages. Units are built in a controlled environment, therefore none of the materials used in the construction process have been exposed to the weather. Our modular structures are built to the same building codes as traditional site-built construction and are installed on permanent foundations. Every Affinity home has market leading-energy efficiency, meeting the DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Home Standards, and the structural resilience to withstand wind speeds up to and including 180 mph.

See our market-leading factory-built construction process and tour the Kingfisher model home. The tour is for educational purposes only. Inquiries pertaining to specific questions regarding your project, such as pricing or decor, will not be discussed during this time. We will be happy to schedule a time to speak with you during our normal business hours.

The factory may be in production during the tour, so safety glasses and a vest will be provided and are REQUIRED to be worn. Please keep in mind that you will be standing/walking during the entire tour.

How to RSVP

  • You must RSVP to reserve your spot by the Wednesday before the event.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour begins. The doors are locked promptly at 11 am, and no late entry is allowed.
  • Must be 18+ years old to attend.
  • No animals allowed – except service animals.
