July 19, 2025 — We’re proud to share that one of our most stunning builds, coined The Seabreeze, has been selected as the Modular Home Builders Association’s Home of the Month for June 2025.

Built Off-Site, Delivered with Excellence

What sets this home apart is that it was built in a controlled environment using modular construction—ensuring quality, reducing delays, and minimizing waste. Once complete, the home was transported and assembled on-site in Mount Pleasant with precision and care.
