See Affinity’s market-leading factory-built construction process and tour the Kingfisher model home. These open house events are held quarterly and are designed for educational purposes only. Inquiries pertaining to specific questions regarding your project, such as pricing or decor, will not be discussed during this time. We will be happy to schedule a time to speak with you during our normal business hours.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled open house, we also offer individual factory tours by appointment. Please contact your builder to coordinate your visit. Individual tours are available Monday–Thursday at 2:00 PM.
The factory may be in production during the tour, so safety glasses and a vest will be provided and are REQUIRED to be worn. Please keep in mind that you will be standing/walking during the entire tour.
Occasionally due to a weather event/power outage and/or safety concerns we must cancel the regularly scheduled tour at the last minute. Please call the day before to make sure the event is still scheduled.
